I started making fruit cakes years ago. I would give them as gifts to friends and then I had a lot of people start asking if they could buy one.  That is basically how I got started.  

The recipe was from my great grandma and passed down through generations.  It is an all natural recipe full of pecans, walnuts, cherries, and dates.  There are no candied fruits which is what most people hate about fruit cake.  It is also not dipped in any liquors or brandies.  It is just an ALL NATURAL Fruit Cake.

My husband was in the military for 30 years so we moved a few times.  Every place we lived I ended up selling fruit cakes.  It was always by word of mouth and my customers always followed me.  I encourage people to at least give it a try if they say they don't like fruit cake, they haven't tasted mine.
